If you come across any loose threads, do not pull them, rather use scissors to remove them carefully. For even wear and to reduce pressure marks from furniture, we recommend turning your rug regularly. Professional cleaning is advised, but you can vacuum it on a regular basis. In case of a spill, always blot and never rub. Use a mild, clear detergent and lukewarm water for spot cleaning and remove moisture as soon as possible.
