When you place your order, you will receive two emails. The first email will be the order confirmation and the second email will be the dispatch confirmation.
If you have not received the second email (dispatch confirmation) then it may be possible to amend or cancel your order, in this case please email customercare@linensonline.co.uk. Read our cancellation policy for more details.
I received part of my order or I received the wrong item
Unfortunately, mistakes can sometimes happen.
If you have received part of your order or have received the wrong item, please email customercare@linensonline.co.uk and give a brief explanation to what you received and we will resolve your issue.
I haven’t received my order
If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please email customercare@linensonline.co.uk and we will investigate.
My order contains a faulty item
If on the rare occasion you receive a faulty item, please email customercare@linensonline.co.uk and include a brief description with images of the item.
We take faulty item claims very seriously and we will either issue a replacement or refund depending on your preference.

We offer 14 days returns provided the item is unused and is in the original packaging and condition.
Returns are the sole responsibility of the customer; therefore, we strongly advise that you use a trackable service. We do not offer prepaid labels or refund for any return’s costs incurred.
We do not offer an exchange facility, therefore if you would like a different colour or size, you will have to return your item first.
If on the rare occasion you receive a faulty item or the wrong item, we will offer an exchange and cover the return cost.

We offer delivery within the UK only (England, Ireland, Scotland & Wales)
All orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day.
All orders are trackable and are shipped either through Hermes or DPD, details of the carrier can be found on the fulfilment email alongside the tracking number.
We estimate that delivery can take up to 3 working days, however this depends on the delivery preference the customer has chosen.
We offer two delivery options:
Standard Delivery - £3.95 (2-3 working days)
Next Day Delivery - £6.95 (order before 1pm)
