Returns Policy

What is your returns policy?

All orders can be returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date, provided they are unused and are in the original packaging and condition.

Most items can be returned, although there are a few exceptions. For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept returns on all bedding essential items if they have been opened. We are also unable to accept items if they have been washed, used or show signs of usage.

If on the rare occasion you receive faulty item(s), receive the wrong item(s) or only receive part of your order, we will offer a free exchange.

Other than the above, we do not offer an exchange facility. If you would like a replacement for any other reason, then please return the item(s) and simply place your order again.

* If, upon receiving any items, we see that the items show any obvious signs of use, have been damaged in your care or are not in the original packaging, we will not be able to process your request and will send the items back and charge our standard shipping rate.

How do I return my items?

To open a return request, please send an email to customercare@linensonline.co.uk.

Please ensure the following information is included in your email:

- Your order number in the subject field alongside the word return request.

- A brief description in the email for why you are requesting a return and what items you want to send back from your order.

- Pictures are required if you are returning because you have received damaged or faulty goods.

Once we have received your request, we will email you back with further instructions.

Once we have received the item(s), we will inspect them and, if all is well, we will issue a refund.

Please note that all original shipping costs are non-refundable.
