How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive two emails. The first one is your order confirmation email, and the second is an order dispatch email. The second email will contain your tracking details. Simply click the tracking link in the email, and you’ll be taken to the carrier’s tracking page.

We offer 14 days returns provided the item is unused and is in the original packaging and condition.
Returns are the sole responsibility of the customer; therefore, we strongly advise that you use a trackable service. We do not offer prepaid labels or refund for any return’s costs incurred.
We do not offer an exchange facility, therefore if you would like a different colour or size, you will have to return your item first.
If on the rare occasion you receive a faulty item or the wrong item, we will offer an exchange and cover the return cost.

We offer delivery within the UK only (England, Ireland, Scotland & Wales)
All orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day.
All orders are trackable and are shipped either through Hermes or DPD, details of the carrier can be found on the fulfilment email alongside the tracking number.
We estimate that delivery can take up to 3 working days, however this depends on the delivery preference the customer has chosen.
We offer two delivery options:
Standard Delivery - £3.95 (2-3 working days)
Next Day Delivery - £6.95 (order before 1pm)
