What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all of the major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment providers such as PayPal.
How do I know if my payment has gone through?
If you have received an order confirmation email, that means your order has successfully gone through and will be dispatched within 24 hours. You will receive another email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number.
How long will I have to wait to receive my refund after sending my items back?
We aim to process all returns and refunds within 14 working days after receiving them. Find out more about our returns policy.
We offer 14 days returns provided the item is unused and is in the original packaging and condition.
Returns are the sole responsibility of the customer; therefore, we strongly advise that you use a trackable service. We do not offer prepaid labels or refund for any return’s costs incurred.
We do not offer an exchange facility, therefore if you would like a different colour or size, you will have to return your item first.
If on the rare occasion you receive a faulty item or the wrong item, we will offer an exchange and cover the return cost.

We offer delivery within the UK only (England, Ireland, Scotland & Wales)
All orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day.
All orders are trackable and are shipped either through Hermes or DPD, details of the carrier can be found on the fulfilment email alongside the tracking number.
We estimate that delivery can take up to 3 working days, however this depends on the delivery preference the customer has chosen.
